@ My work approach

“Equality” stands for access, participation and co-determination for all people of all ages, for the use of resources and for the active shaping of development. It stands for respect for human rights and women’s rights, and for the implementation of internationally guaranteed rights. It is about the development of potentials and talents, access and use of opportunities, and overcoming disadvantage and marginalization.

“Equality” to me also stands for equal, confident work across cultures and hemispheres, overcoming discriminatory stereotypes, and respectful knowledge sharing in an effort to shape a diverse, emancipated, and sustainable future.
